Quantitative and qualitative research with your HCP (healthcare professional) audience to help future-proof your congress plans.
The pivot to 'virtual' opened congress participation up to more attendees than ever. HCPs who previously struggled to attend in person could register for virtual attendance with ease. But as in-real-life congress returns, the question on everyone’s lips is, “How will future congress activities manage to reach and engage communities of active stakeholders?”
Should I focus on in-real-life and forget virtual? Am I giving my HCP audience what they need? Do I invest in international congress or local events?
To help answer our clients’ burning questions with real evidence, we interviewed healthcare professionals (HCPs). We wanted to gauge their appetite and expectations for future congresses, to better understand what motivates them to attend. This report shares our findings and lifts the lid on HCP attitudes and behaviours.
